She gives new definition to the term thinking out of the box; in her case, that barely describes the creative marvel that dwells in her DNA, evidenced in everything that she does: culinary creations from organically grown food, or inspired gardens that reflect her love of nature are just two of many facets that showcase her ability to transform the ordinary anything into the extraordinary everything!

She has personally delivered lugs and lugs of heirloom tomatoes, squash,

 onions, apples, garlic, cucumbers, eggplants, sweet and hot peppers, and

 melons as well as frozen sauces, soups, and stews every summer for years

and invited me to share them with my friends.

Amy helped me to re-imagine and create a more beautiful yard and gardens.

Her creative use of stone and garden sculpture transformed my garden. She

reuses and repurposes ordinary things into extraordinary one-of-a-kind treasures!
